Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a guaranteed service for deliveries within mainland UK addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands & N.I), unless there is official strike action. This service aims to deliver your parcels within two to three working days after they have been processed by our team.

Delivery Timeframe:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of postcodes in the UK. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific location and circumstances.

Tracking Information:
Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking code via email. This tracking code will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its delivery point. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
